Location: Webster, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $50,000 – $60,000 annually

Overview
Meador Staffing is seeking an Equipment & Facilities Coordinator for our client, a technical engineering and forensic consulting company that investigates accidents and equipment failures.
This role is responsible for inspecting, tracking, and organizing facility equipment and tools. The focus is on keeping accurate records, monitoring equipment condition, and coordinating service with outside vendors when needed.
This is not a hands-on repair role. The main responsibility is ensuring all equipment, tools, and select vehicles are properly documented, maintained through vendors, and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct routine inspections of facility equipment and shop systems to assess condition and readiness
  • Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and specialized servicing as needed
  • Track and document the condition of equipment, tools, and assets using digital systems
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, service history, and operational readiness
  • Support organization and inventory control of tools, supplies, and test equipment
  • Assist with preparation of equipment for field projects and testing activities
  • Provide photo and video documentation of equipment, inspections, and project support work
  • Perform general facility organization and readiness checks

Equipment and Assets in This Role
  • Primary focus is on shop and facility equipment, including:
  • Cranes, lifts, compressors, generators, lighting, and fire protection systems
  • Portable tools, test equipment, and diagnostic devices
  • Inventory, supplies, and shop organization systems

Requirements
  • Mechanically inclined with basic understanding of equipment and facility systems
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers for documentation, tracking, and reporting (Excel or similar tools)
  • Strong communication skills for working with vendors, technical teams, and clients
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb ladders as needed
