In this hands-on and versatile role, you will be responsible for maintaining facility operations, supporting warehouse functions, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment within a growing manufacturing company. In a Facilities Maintenance Technician job you’ll be responsible for:

• Conducting preventative maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, shop, parking areas, and common spaces
• Completing minor building repairs such as replacing bulbs and tightening fixtures
• Cleaning and monitoring company vehicles, including basic checks (oil, tires, fuel)
• Removing trash, scrap, and recyclables according to company procedures
• Ensuring dumpsters are properly managed and accessible for scheduled pickups
• Running errands and transporting materials to support warehouse and sales teams
• Maintaining exterior areas including parking lots and facility perimeter
• Identifying and reporting safety hazards, damaged equipment, and supply needs
• Following all safety procedures and supporting warehouse and office operations as needed

What you’ll need:

• Minimum of 2 years of facilities maintenance, general labor, or related experience
• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and solid work ethic
• Physical ability to lift 45–50 lbs. and perform frequent standing, bending, and lifting
• Comfort working in both warehouse and outdoor conditions

Pay & schedule :

• Competitive pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Monday to Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Hybrid role offering a mix of maintenance and operational responsibilities
