We are seeking a detail-oriented Equipment Specialist for a container yard depot. This is primarily an office-based  role focused on managing bookings, system updates, reporting, and inventory tracking, with occasional support in the yard assisting with equipment inspections as needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, computer-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Add and delete bookings in depot system
• Assist with monthly inventory and equipment tracking
• Update unit numbers and place equipment on hold as needed
• Run reports and prepare daily morning/evening reports
• Scan interchanges and complete MDR scan reports
• Complete lift sheets and lease box reports
• Coordinate with dispatch, customer service, and yard teams
• Support equipment movement and invoice stacked chassis
• Occasionally assist with inbound/outbound equipment inspections

Qualifications:

• Strong computer and data entry skills required
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills with customers and internal teams
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational ability
• Ability to occasionally step into yard operations if needed

Location: Houston, TX 77013 (Wallisville area)
Pay: $16–$20/hour DOE
