Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find an Emulsion Operator in Fountain Inn. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery within an emulsion plant, ensuring the consistent production of emulsified products by carefully controlling the mixing process of different ingredients, while adhering to safety and quality standards. In an Emulsion Operator job you’ll be responsible for:
- Setting up and operating specialized equipment like mixers, tanks, pumps, and loading/unloading systems used in the emulsion production process.
- Ingredient handling, accurately measuring and adding raw materials.
- Continuously monitoring critical parameters like temperature, pressure, viscosity, and emulsion stability during the mixing process, making adjustments as needed.
- Performing routine quality checks on the produced emulsion to ensure it meets specifications, including sampling and testing.
- Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during production, such as equipment malfunctions, inconsistent emulsion quality, or safety concerns.
- Performing basic cleaning and maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to ensure smooth operation.
- Maintaining accurate records of production data, including batch numbers, ingredient quantities, and quality test results.

Shift & Work Schedule: Train on 1st shift 7am-3pm and then move to EITHER 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:00pm OR 3rd shift 11:00pm-7:00am

Pay rate: $19.00/hr
