Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find a detail oriented Quality Control & Document Imaging Technician (Part-Time|Temporary) in The Woodlands, TX. In this reliable and detail-focused role, you will be responsible for providing support for a records digitization project. This role involves preparing, scanning, and reviewing documents to ensure high-quality digital records while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

 

 In a Quality Control & Document Imaging Technician(Part-Time|Temporary) job, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Prepare and organize documents for scanning (remove staples, clips, bindings, etc.)

• Scan records using document scanners or MFPs

• Review scanned images for clarity, completeness, and accuracy

• Ensure proper file naming, indexing, and organization

• Identify and correct image quality issues (skewing, shadows, missing pages, etc.)

• Re-scan documents as needed

• Maintain workflow and meet project deadlines

• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience with document scanning or records management preferred

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic computer skills (PDFs, file management, scanning software)

• Ability to lift 10–30 lbs.

• Organized, reliable, and able to follow detailed procedures

• Experience with Laserfiche is a plus

Additional Information: 

Pay: $16/hour

Schedule: 25–30 hours/week

Duration: 7–8 month project (potential extension)
