The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate in this position will be a highly organized and independent individual. They will be able to function well in a fast-paced and occasionally high pressure environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using Microsoft office and computerized routing software.

The Expectations
-    Direct and monitor daily assignments and schedule drivers
-    Handles customer concerns and requests for information in an expeditious and professional manner.
-    Maintains high compliance to dispatch standard operating procedures
-    Keep organized and accurate records for dispatch and routing
-    Ability to read and interpret documents and instructions from customers and other team members 
-    Escalates unresolved issues to management as appropriate

-    Multi-tasking
Experience and Education
-    1 year in transportation / logistics
-    1 year of dispatch
