We are currently seeking a DIRECTOR OF MARKETING for a client in the Austin Area, closer to Southeast Austin. Our client is an industrial manufacturer and services provider with many locations across Texas and some locations across the nation.
This role is DIRECT-HIRE with benefits available! This position does require IN-PERSON attendance at our client site. This opportunity has compensation ranging from $90K-$110K, dependent on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and lead the entire marketing function, setting strategy, building the roadmap, and driving execution in close partnership with sales, operations, and leadership
Drive revenue growth through inbound lead generation, digital channels (SEO, paid ads), and scalable, performance-based campaigns
Shape and elevate the brand by owning positioning, messaging, storytelling, and leading major campaigns and product launches
Oversee digital strategy and analytics, including website optimization, future e-commerce initiatives, and performance/ROI tracking
Enable sales and go-to-market success by developing collateral, tools, training, and aligning closely with sales leadership
Lead content, social media, events, and customer engagement efforts while building feedback loops to improve retention and inform growth strategy
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in marketing – REQUIRED
Some experience in industrial service/equipment/product environment – HUGE PLUS
