About Company:

Our client has been in business since 1952 in the Marine and Fire Protection industry serving both domestic and international markets.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supports the receptionist – rotates working the front desk with team.
Marine documentation responsibilities
Heavy data entry
Answering phones/greeting guests when supporting front desk
Compile data from vendors and verify accuracy for reports and certificates.
Attend required meetings.
Type up inspection reports.
This is a fire safety and marine company, and the focus will likely be more on the marine side.
 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ data entry experience
Document control experience a plus
Proficient with 10-key
 

SCHEDULE:

Mon-Fri
8:00am – 5:00pm
1 hour lunch
 

PAY:

$17/hour
