We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists to join a fast-paced environment. This role involves high-volume data entry for the full shift (8 hours daily) and requires strong accuracy and speed.
This is not a typical order entry role—there are multiple checkpoints that must be reviewed and verified before entering orders into the system. Attention to detail and the ability to follow processes carefully are critical for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume, accurate data entry throughout the workday
- Review and verify multiple checkpoints prior to entering orders into the system
- Confirm shipping responsibility (customer vs. company)
- Verify freight details (with or without parts)
- Ensure all required order information is correct before entry
- Enter and maintain data within the Syteline system
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while working in a fast-paced environment
- Follow established processes and procedures
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required
- Ability to type 70+ words per minute with minimal to no errors
- Proficient in two-handed typing (touch typing required)
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Previous data entry experience preferred
Additional Information:
- Pay: $20/hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekends)
