Openwork is currently conducting a search for a Data Entry & Spreadsheet Coordinator on behalf of a local electronic accessory company in Kennesaw, GA. This position plays a key role in supporting sales operations through accurate data management, reporting, and spreadsheet coordination. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working with structured data and reporting tools.
Enter, update, and maintain product, pricing, and account information with a high level of accuracy
Manage and maintain internal sales spreadsheets and data tracking systems
Compile and curate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports
Complete distributor documentation and administrative forms as required
Maintain organized digital records, databases, and file structures
Provide administrative support related to sales operations and reporting processes
This position reports directly to the Sales Operations Manager and Sales Leadership team. Due to the data-focused and spreadsheet-driven nature of the role, it can be successfully performed in a remote or hybrid environment, depending on business needs.
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
Ability to manage large data sets and maintain organized digital records
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Previous experience in data entry, reporting, or administrative support preferred

Location: Kennesaw, GA (Remote or Hybrid Eligible)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Flexible one-hour lunch break)
Pay Rate: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
