The Deerpark branch of Meador Staffing has partnered with a lcoal company to add a Cycle Counter to their growing team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Cycle count materials on a daily basis or as scheduled
- Review on-hand inventory, current activity, and past activity
- Ensure materials are in proper locations.
- Breakdown boxes and pallets as necessary
- Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed. Wear the proper safety equipment at all times.
- Maintain neat, clean and orderly warehouse appearance.
- Operate a standup forklift, reach truck and other warehouse equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bilingual; Spanish and English, preferred (ability to communicate effectively with warehouse personnel in both languages).
Experience with Inventory Moderate math and analytical skills Good communication skills.
Experience with/Product knowledge with Flanges, Fittings and Pipe.
Excellent work ethic: ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player Computer skills Strong attention to detail – research inventory discrepancies and reconcile inventory Ability to multitask.
Self-stater and ability to work independently and in a team environment. Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb and move about the facility. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Basic computer skills (data entry using a laptop).
Available to work overtime if necessary, including Saturdays.
Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm
PAY: $16-$18/hour
