In a Customs Documentation Specialist job you’ll be responsible for:
Preparing and submitting customs forms, invoices, and other import/export documents
Ensuring compliance with customs codes, tariffs, and international trade regulations
Reviewing shipment information to avoid delays, penalties, or fines
Communicating with shipping carriers, brokers, and internal teams to support timely deliveries
What you’ll need:
2-4 years’ experience in customs, logistics, or international shipping
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with computer systems and documentation software
