AR & Logistics Coordinator – Customer Service
Location: League City, TX
Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Pay: $15/hour
Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing, is seeking an organized and customer-focused AR & Logistics Coordinator for a growing company. This role combines accounts receivable, logistics, customer service, and product return coordination.
Responsibilities
- Create and send accurate customer invoices.
- Collect and update tracking and serial numbers.
- Track shipments, inventory, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and shipping companies.
- Provide customer support by phone and email.
- Handle product returns (RMA) and resolve order or delivery issues.
- Assist with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify.
- Maintain accurate records and support general administrative needs.
Qualifications
- Experience with accounts receivable, billing, or invoicing preferred.
- Logistics, inventory, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong phone, email, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- E-commerce or RMA experience is a plus.
