Responsibilities:
Assisting customers with routine banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments.
Answering customer questions about accounts, products, services, fees, and banking procedures.
Opening and maintaining customer accounts while ensuring all required documentation is completed.
Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate banking products and services.
Resolving customer concerns, complaints, and account issues professionally and efficiently.
Processing transactions accurately and balancing cash drawers according to bank policies.
Maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information.
Complying with banking regulations, internal policies, and fraud-prevention procedures.
Supporting branch operations and collaborating with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
Assisting customers in person, by phone, and through other communication channels as needed.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Previous customer service experience (banking, retail, hospitality, or financial services preferred)
Cash-handling experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic math and computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software systems
Ability to multitask and work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information
Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work as part of a team
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate:
$17/hour
