In this proactive and reliable role, it is primarily office-based with occasional warehouse interaction and involves coordinating customer requests, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
In a Customer Service Representative (CSR) job, you’ll be responsible for:
Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support
Maintain accurate documentation and records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service
Utilize MS Office and internal systems for daily tasks
Support operational workflows and problem resolution
