Meador an Openwork Company is currently engaged in a search to find a detail oriented Customer Service Representative in Pasadena, TX. In this Reliable and Responsive role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. Responsible for processing orders and assisting customers with inquiries regarding parts and orders. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below. 

 

 In a Customer Service Representative job, you’ll be responsible for: 

• Interface with customers for quotes, expedited and regular orders, dealing directly with the customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.

• Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken.

• Respond promptly to all customer inquiries.

• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions and follow up as needed.

• Communicate and coordinate with Purchasing, Production and Shipping on behalf of the customer to ensure the required ship dates for orders are met.

• Process orders, daily data entry.

• Evaluate customer requirements to ensure orders can be shipped on time, monitor the open order report and late orders.

• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to effectively resolve customer inquiries and/or complaints.

• Other duties as needed and assigned.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be able to handle multiple priorities.

• Must possess strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

• Must be extremely well organized and detail oriented along with exposure to office and manufacturing environments.

 

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of the job, employees are required to sit for long periods; use phones (talking, transferring, paging); use office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, and fax machines. Employees must talk by expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word to impart oral information to clients or to the public and maintain focus and concentration throughout the work day.

• Work environment: The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate

SCHEDULE: 

• 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F

HOURLY RATE: $22 - $24 (DOE)
