About the Opportunity We are seeking an Entry-Level Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to support daily insurance operations and provide outstanding service to our customers and internal team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, wants stable full-time work, and is interested in building a long-term career in the insurance industry. No insurance experience or license is required. We provide paid training and will help you obtain your Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health licenses.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, helpful customer service in both English and Spanish.
Assist customers with basic policy questions, billing issues, payments, and coverage information.
Support insurance agents with account updates, renewals, documents, and follow-up tasks.
Process paperwork, update client records, and maintain accurate files.
Learn agency products, carriers, and system processes with hands-on training.
Build positive relationships with customers and help create an excellent service experience.
Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish & English (Required)
Customer service experience preferred (retail, restaurant, call center, office, etc.)
Insurance experience is a bonus but not required
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Willingness to learn new systems and industry terminology
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude with a genuine desire to help people
