In a Customer Service Representative job, you’ll be responsible for:
Knowledge of processes and procedures associated with customer service, supply, and storage.
Qualifications:
Higher education or equivalent work experience in administrative logistics industry.
Must have strong organization skills, assertive, flexible, and customer service oriented.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Mathematical skills: the ability to perform all basic calculations (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
Office environment with frequent visits to the warehouse (extreme weather conditions might be applicable).
Must have a strong working knowledge of MS Office and MS Outlook.
Must possess the skills to provide quality customer service including the ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner within diversified situations.
Ability to perform assigned work tasks with little or no supervision.
Be willing to work other than normal scheduled hours, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays according to the needs of the business.
Safety Requirements:
Wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and follow/execute all safety procedures/rules as outlined in the Safety Manual and OSHA regulations.
Possess a high standard for quality.
Thorough knowledge of all procedures, instructions, and documents relevant to the department and facility.
Additional Information: Training: La Porte location Location: Baytown, Tx Pay Rate: $17/hr Schedule: 7AM-4:30PM, M-F
