Customer Service & Call Center
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—answering questions, placing orders, and ensuring a smooth experience across multiple retail locations and online channels.
7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
(Training schedule differs – see above)
Answer inbound customer calls (average 40–50 per day, sometimes more)
Assist customers with placing orders for retail pickup and online purchases
Respond to customer inquiries via email
Provide accurate product and order information
Perform data entry and maintain customer/order records
Support multiple retail locations with incoming orders and questions
Comfortable handling a high volume of calls
Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
Reliable and team-oriented mindset
Stable, full-time schedule options
