Job description:

The Health and Safety Council in Sulphur, Louisiana is currently looking for a Customer Service representative to join their department. This position requires you to be versatile!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • ?High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.)
  • Ability to use Windows Microsoft Office programs and Internet Browsers
  • Ability to stand on feet for a full 8-hour shift
  • Willing to assist in different departments as needed

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • ?Ensure a smooth check-in process for students
  • Answer phone calls and help customers with questions or concerns
  • Observe student behaviors in the training rooms and computer labs
  • Walk and stand for ext4ended periods of time while monitoring students
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding students' information

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm (MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS AS NEEDED)

HOURLY RATE: $15/HR
