In a Customer Service Representative job, you’ll be responsible for: Customer Transactions-
Ensure a smooth check-in process for students
Answer phone calls and help customers with questions or concerns
Assist with company inquiries and scheduling issues
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret and carry out a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills-
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Individuals should also have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, internet software, and other applications.
Additional Information:
MUST be willing to cross train for other departments
Schedule: MUST be available between the hours of 6am and 6pm.
6a.m - 3p.m, M-F (Usual schedule)
Pay Rate: $15/hr
