Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Customer Service Representative in Duluth, GA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global manufacturing leader specializing in concrete technologies. We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting clients through high-level service and communication.

In this Customer Service Representative role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the main point of contact between the company and customers
  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and Teams communication
  • Providing customer quotes in a timely manner
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Providing technical data and product information when needed
  • Performing data entry within SAP, CRM, and related systems
  • Following up on customer requests with sales, accounting, production, and shipping teams

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, call center, or office environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with PDF systems, CRM, or SAP is a plus
  • Professional communication skills with a customer-first mindset

Schedule & Pay:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Full-time opportunity
  • Pay based on experience
