Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Duluth, GA. In a Customer Service Representative job you’ll be responsible for:
Handling calls weekly
Answering questions about order status, pick-up, products, and company information
Providing in person support in the showroom: welcoming customers, showing product displays, and assisting with product related questions
Redirecting customers to their respective representatives
Cover Warehouse Front Desk Operations (only one hour daily)
What you’ll need:
Customer Service Representative experience
Previous Call Center/ Data entry experience preferred
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Perks: Training provided Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm $17.00/hr Contract to hire
