In this dynamic and growth-oriented role, you will be responsible for supporting Account Managers, ensuring smooth client communication, and accurately managing print and fulfillment projects for an innovative SaaS technology and marketing solutions leader. In a Customer Service Representative job you’ll be responsible for:

• Act as a point of contact for routine client requests, questions, and order updates via phone or email.

• Accurately input print jobs into order management systems and review job tickets for correct specifications (stock, ink, finishing, bindery, quantities).

• Coordinate with production staff to confirm schedules, deadlines, and delivery details.

• Assist with customer campaigns, events, and promotional product projects by preparing proofs, presentations, and maintaining shipping trackers.

• Review invoices for accuracy and provide backup support for email correspondence and proof approvals.

What you’ll need:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, account support, or a print-related environment.

• Experience in print production or print customer service is preferred (knowledge of print processes, terminology, and job workflows).

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining strict deadline adherence.
