Openwork is currently conducting a search for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of a local cabinet wholesale company located in Kennesaw, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position supporting daily customer interactions and internal operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent service while supporting order management, logistics coordination, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner

• Analyze, track, and follow up on samples, customer orders, and claims to ensure accurate and timely resolution

• Assist customers with shipping quotes, freight coordination, and preparation of shipping labels

• Enter and maintain orders accurately within CRM, ERP, and OMS systems

• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to resolve order issues, delays, or discrepancies

• Process returns, credits, and claims while maintaining proper documentation

• Maintain accurate customer records and provide status updates throughout the order lifecycle

• Support internal teams with administrative tasks related to customer accounts and reporting

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $45,000–$55,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications

• Benefits offered after 90 days, including:

Requirements:

• Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand products, systems, and processes

• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google platforms; experience with CRMs, ERPs, and OMS systems preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Self-starter with strong follow-through and accountability
