Manufacturing Facility Cleaning & Custodial Support

Openwork is hiring an experienced and dependable Custodial Associate to support a manufacturing facility in Denton, TX 76207. This position is responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and safe production and common areas throughout the facility.

Qualified candidates must have at least 2 years of custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience. Previous experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facility is strongly preferred.

Position at a Glance

Location: Denton, TX 76207
Pay: $18.00 per hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Shift: 1st Shift
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Overtime: Required as needed

What You'll Be Doing

• Perform general cleaning throughout the manufacturing facility
• Sweep production floors and common work areas
• Collect and remove trash
• Perform restroom cleaning as needed
• Maintain clean and organized production and common areas
• Use standard cleaning supplies and equipment safely
• Follow facility safety and housekeeping procedures
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks independently and efficiently
• Assist with additional custodial duties as needed

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Minimum 2 years of custodial, janitorial, or industrial cleaning experience — REQUIRED
• Manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial facility cleaning experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable cleaning production areas, common areas, and restrooms
• Ability to safely use standard cleaning supplies and equipment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to cleanliness and workplace safety
• Available to work overtime as needed
