Meador an Openwork Company is currently seeking a reliable and flexible CSR/Dispatcher Floater to support our operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-demand environment and can adapt quickly to changing needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide coverage for dispatchers during absences
Coordinate driver schedules and handle driver pay
Manage emails, phone calls, and text communications
Troubleshoot operational issues in real time
Maintain and update spreadsheets and records
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous trucking, transportation, or port industry experience preferred
Familiarity with port operations is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a high-stress environment
Schedule: Varying shifts based on coverage needs, including:
5:30 AM – 3:30 PM
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
