As a Customer Service Representative, your duties will be:
Payment Processing
Account Management
Customer Support
Collections
Issue Resolution
Record Keeping
What you will need:
Excellent verbal and written skills for clear interaction with diverse customers.
Ability to analyze issues, find solutions, and make necessary corrections.
High attention to detail for handling payments, data entry, and account reconciliation.
Patience, empathy, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Proficiency with billing systems, CRM software, Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Perks:
Pay: $20/hr
Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
