The Clear Lake branch of Meador Staffing, an Openwork company, has partnered with a local airport to hire a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR).
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers, creating a positive first impression of the airport
- Answer incoming calls and direct to line crew for fueling and other services
- Take and relay messages for the Airport Director and Accounting
- Input incoming flight plans into FlightBridge and arrange rental cars for customers
- Check courtesy cars in and out for pilots/customers
- Communicate on Unicom and provide airport advisories
- Process credit card sales
- Maintain AvFuel Hub customer credit card information and updates
- Monitor front gate access
- Maintain office supplies and hospitality snacks; help keep the FBO neat and clean
- Type documents and create spreadsheets for the Airport Director as needed
- Direct FedEx and UPS deliveries
- Bake fresh cookies for guests
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Email, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
- QuickBooks experience a plus. (training provided)
- Professional demeanor and dependable attendance.
- Ability to pass required airport background checks.
Pay Rate:
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Schedule may shift to Wednesday–Sunday if weekend coverage is needed.
