Openwork is currently assisting a local client in Spartanburg SC in their search to for a 1st shift Customer Service Representative in a call center environment. Responsibilities for this Customer Service Representative job include:
 
- Provide excellent customer service with internal and external customers
- Engaging customers with inbound calls from customers
- Answer calls in the queue
- Ability to enhance customer relationship 
- Be able to handle to complex situations with professionalism 

Qualifications:

- Must be able to Multi-task
- Strong phone etiquette 
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Oracle and Genesis system preferred but NOT required


Work Schedule: 1st shift Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
Pay Rate: $15-17/hr with room to grow to $19/hr or more after training
