HR Coordinator
Duration: 3-Month Temporary Assignment
Pay Range: $24–$28/hour
We are seeking a temporary HR Coordinator to support our busy HR department with day-to-day administrative functions, pre-employment processing, onboarding activities, and special projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and physical appointments with recruiting teams
Monitor pre-employment progress to ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process
Create and maintain new hire onboarding folders and documentation
Process new hires, including creating security badges and parking tags
Verify and enter employee information into ADP
Assist with audits, reporting, and additional HR projects as needed
Minimum 1 year of HR or administrative support experience
Experience with Workday preferred
ADP experience is a plus
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
