In this hands-on, growth-oriented role, you will be responsible for preparing, applying, and finishing high-quality concrete coating systems while maintaining safety and professionalism. Apply today if you meet the qualifications listed below.

In an Installation Technician – Concrete Coatings job you’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting in surface preparation, including grinding, patching, and cleaning concrete.
• Mixing, applying, and finishing epoxy and polyaspartic coating systems.
• Operating hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively.
• Keeping jobsites clean, organized, and completed to company quality standards.
• Following safety procedures and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Communicating effectively with team members and customers when needed.
• Assisting with loading/unloading materials and maintaining company equipment.

What you’ll need:

• Previous experience in construction, flooring, painting, or coatings preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Reliable transportation to and from the shop in Locust Grove.
• Punctuality, good attendance, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Comfort with getting dirty and working in physical, hands-on environments.
