What you’ll do as a CNC Mill Machinist:
Operate CNC Mill machines to manufacture parts per drawings or instructions.
Inspect all parts so that specified dimensions are met.
You must have your own tools.
Clean work area.
Getting correct tooling for the job.
Ability to interpret programs and determine set up and alignment requirements.
Visualize and study blueprints.
As assigned by supervisor.
What you’ll need:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in operating CNC machines.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in operating Manual machines.
Experience with Fanuc controls.
Mathematical skills include geometry and trigonometry.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Ability to follow detailed and complex instructions.
Ability to work overtime hours.
Previous experience with Kuraki (mill) machines is a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs, andfrequent pushing, pulling, bending, standing, kneeling, reaching and climbing.
Perks:
Hours – 10-to-12-hour shifts, days start at 6AM
Pay Rate - $29.00/hr.
