Openwork is seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators to join a leading industrial team in East Houston. This is a great opportunity to put your machining experience to work in a fast-paced environment with long-term career potential.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC plasma or gas cutting machines

• Load, align, and secure materials for accurate cutting

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards

• Perform routine maintenance and keep machines in top condition

• Follow safety procedures in a dynamic industrial setting

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of recent CNC plasma or gas cutting machine experience

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Manual dexterity and comfort using machine controls

• Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM start time
