We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machine Operator with 3–5 years of experience to join a well-established and respected industrial operation in Northeast Houston. Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC laser and plasma cutting machines

• Position, align, and secure materials to ensure precision cutting

• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings

• Inspect finished components to verify dimensional accuracy and quality standards

• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CNC laser and/or plasma cutting experience

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and dimensional specifications

• Working knowledge of shop drawings, technical documents, and production requirements

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

• Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

• Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, cameras, and Windows-based systems

• Reliable, team-oriented, and focused on meeting production goals

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift

• Safely climb on and off equipment as needed

• Frequently lift and move materials up to 50 pounds

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled industrial setting

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions as required

Schedule & Flexibility

• First Shift: Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00 AM

• Overtime and occasional weekend work as needed

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn up to $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
