Your Daily Mission:
- Morning Recon: Kick off the day by running vital financial reports and setting the pace for the team.
- The Equalizer: Reconcile check totals and deposits across multiple departments—making sure everything balances perfectly.
- Digital Accuracy: Perform high-speed alpha-numeric data entry (precision is your middle name).
- Customer Liaison: Balance professional collections outreach with top-tier customer service via phone and email.
- Audit Expert: Assist with account auditing and Trial Balance reviews to keep our books "inspection-ready."
What You Bring to the Table:
- Software Savvy: You’re a pro in MS Excel and Outlook. (Bonus points if you’ve conquered AS400 or similar ERP systems!)
- Experience: At least 1 year of Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Cash Handling experience.
- The Vibe: You are dependable, highly organized, and can handle a high volume of tasks without breaking a sweat.
- Communication: You can flip from a detailed spreadsheet to a professional phone call with ease.
