Pay: $18.00 – $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2nd Shift

Position Overview
Openwork is partnering with a respected manufacturing client to hire an experienced Brake Press Operator. This is a great opportunity for a skilled operator who takes pride in precision work and is looking for a stable position with long-term growth potential.

If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and experienced in sheet metal fabrication, this role offers consistent hours and a strong team environment.

What You’ll Do

• Set up press brake machines, tooling, and determine proper bend sequences
• Operate press brake equipment (Amada experience preferred)
• Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate production and quality records
• Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2+ years of press brake or sheet metal experience
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a production environment
