Position Overview

As a Bilingual Window Teller, you will assist residents with routine tax and vehicle-related transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

General Responsibilities:

• Provide courteous, bilingual customer service to residents seeking tax or vehicle-related assistance

• Process standard transactions and documentation accurately and efficiently

• Maintain accuracy when reviewing and entering customer information into internal systems

• Support a positive, professional customer experience in a fast-paced environment

Paid training is provided, along with ongoing support to ensure success in this role.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or U.S.-accredited GED

• At least 6 months of recent, in-person customer service experience involving routine cash handling

• Typing proficiency of 30+ WPM

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

• Strong attention to detail and a reliable, professional work ethic

Schedule & Compensation

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays may be required

Pay: $15.00 per hour, paid weekly
