Openwork, in partnership with the Harris County Tax Office, is seeking motivated Bilingual Voter Clerks to support the Voter Registration Division in Downtown Houston.

If you speak Chinese, Vietnamese, or Spanish, we want you to help serve the community during this important and fast-paced voter season.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Voter Deputy Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting voter registration and election operations by:

• Conducting computer research

• Performing accurate data entry

• Proofreading and verifying voter information

• Comparing and verifying signatures

• Packing and preparing supplies for polling locations

• Working in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and thrive in structured, process-driven work.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Chinese, Vietnamese, or Spanish

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong data entry and computer skills

• Excellent attendance and punctuality

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Work Environment

• Office setting using standard office equipment

• Some standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.)

• Fast-paced environment during peak voter season
