Bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Location: Channelview, TX
Pay: $24.00 – $31.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Openwork is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in Channelview, Texas to hire a motivated Bilingual Talent Acquisition Recruiter. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys connecting with people, sourcing talent, and helping build strong teams in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will support hiring efforts across manufacturing, operations, and professional roles, helping ensure the organization attracts and hires qualified talent to support continued growth. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are important to help support a diverse workforce.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and professional roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities
• Source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting tools
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
• Maintain candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Paylocity
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
• Assist with pre-employment processes including background checks and drug screenings
• Support onboarding activities and ensure new hire documentation is completed accurately

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments

• Bilingual English/Spanish required to support communication with candidates and employees

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Paylocity preferred

• Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn

• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced hiring environment
