In a Bilingual Shipping/Receiving Clerk job you’ll be responsible for:
 

• Coordinating shipments by verifying and keeping records on incoming and outgoing deliveries.
   
• Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish to assist drivers, vendors, and team members.
   
• Operating warehouse equipment to load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
   
• Performing quality checks on all incoming merchandise to identify and report any discrepancies or damages.
   
• Maintaining organized documentation including bills of lading, packing slips, and inventory logs.
   

What you’ll need:
 

• Fluency in English and Spanish (required).
   
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations.
   
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
   
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and tracking shipments.
   
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of the shift.
