Bilingual Machine Operator – Griffin, GA

In a Bilingual Machine Operator job you’ll be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery to meet production goals

• Setting up equipment and adjusting machine settings as needed

• Performing quality inspections on finished products to ensure specifications are met

• Loading raw materials and removing finished products from production lines

• Identifying and reporting equipment issues or production concerns

• Completing production paperwork and maintaining accurate records

• Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area

• Assisting with basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities

• Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and supervisors

What you’ll need:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required—we train!

• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Pay:

$14.00/hr – 1st Shift
$14.50/hr – 2nd Shift
