Machine Operator (Bilingual English/Spanish)

In a Machine Operator job you’ll be responsible for:

• Setting up, operating, and maintaining metal manufacturing machinery.

• Monitoring production lines to ensure smooth operation and troubleshooting minor issues.

• Conducting quality checks on finished metal products to meet company standards.

• Translating instructions or assisting with communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members as needed.

• Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

What you’ll need:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or machine operation environment (metal manufacturing is a plus!).

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or production orders.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.

• Flexibility to complete the initial weekday training schedule.

Work Schedule & Pay Breakdown:

• Regular Shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Regular Pay: $18.50 / hour

• Training Period: Must be available to train on weekdays for the first 1 to 2 weeks (Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) at $15.00 / hour. After training, you will transition to the weekend schedule and the full $18.50/hr rate.
