The Pasadena branch of Meador Staffing has partnered with a local law firm in Pasadena, TX to add a Legal Intake Specialist to their team!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide and handle thorough intake with little to no help - car accident cases.
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent phone etiquette.
- Ensure the client’s file is being handled properly and in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Set up Claims with 1st and 3rd party insurance companies.
- Follow up with Medical Facilities and Clients to ensure the client is compliant with their medical treatment for their MVA injuries.
- Assist the attorney from signing a PNC to closing a case.
- Assists with other duties, as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual Required
- High School Diploma required
- 3-5 years personal injury legal assistant experience, preferred
- Heavy Call Center
- Position is 100% On-Site
PAY: $15-$21/hour
SCHEDULE: Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm, available to work weekends
