Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Rep
(Service & Sales Support)

Full-Time | Direct Hire
Pay: $18–$20/hr
About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative to support a fast-paced, performance-driven customer support environment within the insurance industry. Training will be provided on systems, products, and processes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers while also being comfortable in a goal-oriented environment where performance, efficiency, and communication skills are key to success.
Please note: While this is a customer service role, it includes sales-support and retention-based conversations, where representatives may be expected to educate customers on products, assist with policy options, and meet defined performance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support in both English and Spanish
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
- Assist customers with account updates, policy information, and service requests
- Support customer retention and service-related product conversations as needed
- Meet performance metrics related to quality, efficiency, and customer experience
- Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy
- Document interactions and follow-up actions clearly and efficiently
- Build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish & English (professional level required)
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Stable work history (2+ years in at least one role preferred)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven, metric-focused environment
- Ability to handle high call volume and adapt quickly
