Meador an Openwork Company is hiring a Bilingual eLearning Lab Proctor in Pasadena, TX! This position involves checking in trainees, verifying identification, proctoring eLearning courses and exams, providing basic technical assistance, monitoring trainees, and ensuring company policies and testing procedures are followed. You may also assist Safety Instructors with classroom setup and training activities.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently in a quiet environment
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willing to work at different locations as needed
- Perform daily eLearning lab opening and closing procedures
- Check in trainees and verify identification as needed
- Escort trainees to assigned computers and explain course and exam procedures
- Launch courses and exams and provide technical assistance as needed
- Proctor and monitor trainees throughout training and testing
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred/required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working with the public and assisting others
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures
- Comfortable working in a quiet environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Windows, Internet browsers, and Windows Explorer
- High School Diploma or GED required

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
