Openwork is seeking a reliable and bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service & Warehouse Support Associate to join our client’s team in the Charlotte area. This hybrid role supports both front?office customer service and hands?on warehouse operations. You’ll assist customers with orders, look up parts, coordinate shipments, and move between the office and warehouse as needed. This position is ideal for someone who is detail?oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast?paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service support by phone, email, and in person

  • Assist customers with parts inquiries, order status, and product information

  • Look up parts and accessories using internal systems and catalogs

  • Process orders, returns, and documentation accurately

  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill and ship customer orders

  • Pull, pack, and prepare items for shipment when needed

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in both office and warehouse areas

  • Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams

  • Support inventory counts and restocking activities

  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines

  • Perform additional duties as needed to support customer service and warehouse workflow

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required

  • Customer service experience in an office, retail, or warehouse environment preferred

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn internal systems

  • Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings

  • No certifications or licenses required

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to multitask and shift between office and warehouse tasks

  • Professional, friendly, and customer?focused demeanor

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality and safety

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods

  • Ability to walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse as needed

  • Frequent use of hands to handle parts, tools, and computer equipment

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20–30 lbs regularly

  • Visual requirements include close vision and depth perception

Work Environment:

  • Office setting with business?casual attire

  • Regular movement in and out of the warehouse

  • Exposure to warehouse equipment, shelving, and moderate noise levels

  • Fast?paced, customer?focused environment

Note: This job description provides a general overview of the role. Duties may change based on operational needs. Assignment duration may vary depending on business demand. This position is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with pay ranging from $17–$19/hr depending on experience.
