A well-established law firm in Pasadena is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Administrative Assistant to serve as the face of their firm. This is an excellent long-term opportunity that will evolve into a leadership role.
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our esteemed personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal practice by providing essential support to attorneys and legal staff while also serving as the welcoming face of our firm.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet clients and guests at the front door with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Administrative Support: Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate team members, and manage general office correspondence.
Office Coordination: Maintain office supplies, oversee office maintenance, and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare for meetings, including arranging conference rooms and necessary equipment.
Client Relations: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any questions or concerns with tact and professionalism.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: Preferably 2-3 years of experience at a law firm or legal services environment.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills. Proficiency in problem-solving and the ability to implement effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Work Schedule: Full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday (7:45am-5:15pm) - 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Location: This position is 100% on-site, requiring a presence at our office during work hours.
  • Salary: The starting salary is $40,000 ($18-$21/hr.) per year
