Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find dependable Assembly Associates in Griffin, GA. In this hands-on and rewarding role, you will be responsible for assembling high-voltage electrical power connectors and substation components used by utility companies across the United States. Assembling high-voltage electrical connectors, hardware, and production components
Using hand tools and production equipment to complete assembly tasks
Inspecting finished products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship
Assisting with material handling, production support, and general housekeeping duties
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Meeting daily production goals while following all company safety and quality procedures
Working collaboratively with supervisors and team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What you'll need:
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train motivated candidates
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
Pay:
