Now Hiring: Assembly Team Lead in Training
Location: Denton, TX
Pay: $21-$23.00/hour (Possible increase up to $27 upon being hired)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00am - 4:00pm

Openwork is currently seeking a dependable Assembly Team Lead in Training  to join a manufacturing facility in Denton, TX. 

What You'll Be Doing:
 

• Lead and support a team of production associates in the wooden reel manufacturing process.

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely to move materials and finished products.

• Ensure production schedules are met with attention to quality and safety standards.

• Monitor workflow and provide guidance or training as needed.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily operations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
• Woodworking experience is a plus 
• Sit down forklift experience required
• Forklift certification is a plus
